Remember: Communism didn’t fail the People, the People failed Communism! If they hadn’t been so flawed and, you know, human, we’d all be living in a Workers’ Paradise of our own creation. (Bollocks to God and the perfection of Heaven He promises! We’ll create it here, on Earth, with imperfect people and imperfect tools!)
And besides, true Communism has never actually been attempted – it’s always been Socialism (ptui!) that has morphed into dictatorship.
Don’t worry, though. I think we only need to burn through a couple hundred million more people before we finally get this Communism thing right.
