Notes on the RNC proceedings this evening:

I am generally a one-issue voter. However, from now until the end of all time, I shall become a two issue voter. The second issue? If any, any candidate takes an opportunity to "shake it like a Polaroid", they will have lost my respect and my vote.
I cannot hear The Battle Hymn of the Republic without nearly being brought to tears. The Harlem Boys Choir definitely left me misty-eyed.
"Bushie": too much information. Best leave those kinds of things between you, mom, dad and "Ganny".
Teresa Hines-Kerry - red power suit. Laura Bush - blue power suit. What's the message? (And what was the Kerry campaign thinking? Putting a ketchup heiress in a red suit? Definitely questionable.)
