I stumbled across this one early today, which is pretty interesting in a synchronistic sense, since Ocean's Eleven (the Clooney/Pitt/Damon vehicle, not the execrable Rat Pack one) was on TV last night: Recreation of The Bellagio's fountain display - an opus in Mentos and Diet Coke.

Heh.
