Nutter's Delight
Congratulations are in order for Philadelphia, as the mayoral transition from John Street [ptui!] to Michael Nutter appears to have taken the city from "Your Mayor just got served (papers)!" to "You just got served by the Mayor!". He may look disturbingly like Squidward Tentacles, but he sure can rap:
Dang, son. I'm actually heartened to see that he's not just a policy wonk and a bit of a, well, nerd, but can laugh at himself and even cut loose. There's hope yet for Philadelphia and its rapping mayor.

It showed that the Mayor is a "Real" person. Unlike many rappers who are not real. I'm hoping that I can get his attention the way I got the world to notice him. If you know him, ask him to Holler at me.
