Deal Reax

Here’s a few of the reactions I’ve seen to last night’s deplorable “compromise” – if any of the GOP staffers are reading blogs, they ought to be extremely worried about the reactions their RINO brethren have stirred up.
Ace calls it a “cave”; Jeff Goldstein labels it a constitutional coup and predicts that John McCain will be the most important legislator in US history (and he doesn’t mean that in a good way); Beldar labels the 7 RINOs gutless suckers; Patterico labels it a capitulation; Michelle runs a graphical interpretation of the “compromise” while the IMAO fellows are a bit less subtle; Scrappleface is at least able to partially laugh at the deal; Mike Krempasky notes the upside of the deal; Powerline thinks it’s a disaster for the GOP; Captain Ed notes some conflicting editorial takes on the issue.
Me? I’m still too ticked to think straight.
UPDATE:
All you South Carolina readers better be getting on the horn and complaining to your senior senator (Graham) about signing on to this ridiculous compromise.
