More particularly, Handy Andy, of the BBC’s Changing Rooms (better known in the States as its TLC incarnation, Trading Spaces). His ruminations on the romantic uses of WD-40 is a prime example as to why the world has been lucky that Englishpeople, over the centuries, have been limited in the amount of damage they can do by being constrained to a single island.
