I don’t know if anyone else is as annoyed as I am by those Shaper Image “Ionic Breeze” commercials, but I’m having an awful time fighting off a severe case of schadenfreude over the discovery that those air “purifiers” are actually doing more harm than good.
Sure, they take harmful particulate matter out of the air, but they replace it with even more harmful ozone.
Looks like it’s HEPA filters or nuthin’.
