Proving My Geek Bona Fides Yet Again

Upon cracking open a new package of boxer shorts and noting with interest the letters “FTL” printed several times around the waistbands of said boxers, I thought to myself “Why would boxers be labeled ‘Faster Than Light’?”. I then noted the “care tag” and thought “Oh, not ‘Faster Than Light’, Fruit of The Loom!“.
And yes, I’ll cop to having watched a bit too much Battlestar Galactica recently.
