It looks like Minneapolis is looking to “copy” Philadelphia and provide wireless access to the entire city.
Well, except that my real hometown is doing it right and my less-than-willingly-adopted hometown is forcing its residents to pay for the priviledge.
Other than that, yeah, Minneapolis is copying Philly.
