Finally, Some Validation!

I guess playing the role of “Grammar Stickler” (some would say “Grammar Nazi”, but then that’s invoking Godwin’s Law meaning they automatically lose. *grin*) has finally paid off.
I came across this “commonly misused words” test by way of Owen’s place and decided to give it a whirl. The following were my results:

According to the results page:

Compared to users who took the test and are and in your age group:

• 100% had lower Beginner scores.
• 100% had lower Intermediate scores.
• 100% had lower Advanced scores.
• 100% had lower Expert scores.

All those years of being a Language Arts geek have obviously scarred me enough to 1) get that sort of score and 2) think it’s a good thing.
And yes, Brad, I’m sure Mr. Chromey would be proud.
